If you are referring to video playlist -> https://i.imgur.com/tvbAsDP.png unfortunately there is no option to set the video on mute also this can be done only with custom work, sorry!

When you choose the autoplay option, then the video will start on mute do to the Autoplay Policy Changes, there is no option to set it on mute or not.
