I keep getting the error: “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” when I attempt to install the tagDiv Newsletter.

How to resolve?

Hello !

Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you

Please note that due to high number of requests the response time can be delayed up to 48hrs.

Thank you !

I’m getting exactly the same error message

Why do we have to supply you with our admin and cPanel credentials? I am not comfortable turning over my site to anyone much less share my login credentials. That’s not acceptable. Let’s come up with an alternate solution. Please advise.

Hello !

We request them because in most cases the first test we do is deactivate plugins which in 95% of the cases the customers don’t turn them off completely or at all.

In case of something failing we want to have full control to restore everything as soon as possible because nobody wants to have the website crashed and wait for our e-mail, then e-mail the host, then e-mail back and so on.

If you have privacy issues you can use g-Mail confidential mode that keeps your data safe.

Thank you !

Vlad,

Just tell us what the process is, instead of seeking to login yourself. We’re smart, we can follow directions.

So, according to your comment, the first thing to do is to deactivate all plugins? Okay.

But if that doesn’t resolve the issue, what is Step 2?

If it helps, I managed to resolve the issue by isolating the pluig-in zip file from the original download file and manually installing
