Hi,
Please try to disable all of your plugins then empty cache/purge files then check again. If you still have an issues after doing this please give us wp-access so we can also check this and send your wp-admin login details via email at contact@tagdiv.com and also provide an URL to this topic or specify your issues details and also mention what theme you use.
