Update from 10.3.4 to 10.3.5 and lost customizations, ads, images, more

I updated last night from 10.3.4 to 10.3.5 (using the newspaper theme panel through WordPress) and immediately lost all ad settings inside Newspaper theme, also lost custom styling on fonts, colors and header image is gone and footer is gone. There were no errors on the install. I then downgraded back to 10.3.4 and it still is gone. I also tried restore from vaultpress and everything is still missing. How did this happen? site carthagenewsonline.com

Hi,

For restore the theme panel settings you can use the restore backup from this section -> https://i.imgur.com/aXztccQ.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/

Also I remember that there were some users that had this problem and this was caused from some plugins, now I do not remember what plugin was, but I think that was some cache or security plugin.

Also note that we recommend to make a full backup to website and database before making any major update, in this way If something is going wrong you can restore the backup.

Using vaultpress the backup was made for database? if yes then everything should be restore to normal.
