Yes, you can achieve this using tagDiv Composer, edit the page/cloud template and select the block that you want to sort and check the filter tab from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Qo7uMqT.png

Unfortunately, our theme can sort the posts only using these options -> https://i.imgur.com/M53VZ4o.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ unfortunately, we do not have a sort for recent comments.
