Can you create an option, or checkbox on post to display the tag/label for post that are sponsored. Like what would be the best way to show a post is sponsored in this section in the link? https://we.tl/t-OtLtOJIW2K
I would like to be able to select sponsored on the post and then a label is shown on that post on the homepage, category page, the the post page.

I think that you want that this sponsored option to be something similar with the category tag, unfortunately our theme do not has this option for the moment and it can be achieve only with custom work.
