I have setup templates for Pages and for Categories. The Page header has a logo and menu at the very type in a single line.
When I create the same header for category templates, the header becomes stacked.

Hello !
Are you using the same header on both pages or you have created 2 separate headers ? You can check this by accessing the Cloud Library.

FYI. The issue was the Layout Setting. Stacked vs Columns. You may close this issue.
