Hi,
On Flex Block 1 I selected the image size Medium (696×0) but on the front end the full image is used. I have tested with trying different [no crop] images but they keep loading the full image size. All these image sizes are enabled in the theme panel. How do I fix this?
I also noticed that the 696×0 image isn’t being generated when I use regenarate thumb plugin. Only the 696×385 is generated because its enabled in block thumb settints, but I can’t use this size for Flex Block 1

696×0 is enabled by default, i have disabled and enabled and saved it again and regenerated the thumbnails but it’s not being generated or used. When I inspect element on the front end it loads the full image.jpg instead of image-696×0.jpg.
