No "Activate Theme" Tab

I just uploaded Newspaper v 10.3.5. to my site. The “Install/Activate Plugins” failed, but I was able to install required plugins from the “Plugins” tab. There is no “Activate Theme” tab. There is no theme panel.

I tried deactivating all plugins that aren’t managed by WordPress, where I host my site on the Business Plan). It didn’t help.

Please advise. Thank you.

P.S. Several hours later… I talked to WordPress. They shared these errors:

Not sure, I’m seeing some fatal errors with respect to the theme, one moment

Solved. The problem was that I had failed to activate the plugins that accompany “Newspaper.” Once I did that, I was able to activate the theme with my purchase code and the theme panel appeared.
