How Do I Change the post Title Font Size In Mobile

I’m using Poppins Font, and when I change the font size from My Theme Panel, It only works/changes on Desktop, and not on Mobile, I’m not using Mobile Plugin. Just the normal responsive Mobile Page.

How do I change it

How do I add related post from the TD COMPOSER??

It’s not in my Element List
