I created a new menu called WECHS and added 2 more pages to go with the Home page. It is placed in header menu main but does not show on the screen.

If you are using a standard header, then you can set the menu from here -> https://i.imgur.com/UbJU4th.png (make sure that you add the new elements in the selected menu).
If you are using a cloud header -> https://i.imgur.com/eDzaKSO.png then the menu need to be set using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/WfyvcMg.png -> https://i.imgur.com/qeges76.png

I tried the changes in the theme panel, but it didn’t make the featured image appear on the other pages. Actually, when I upload a picture to the other 2 pages (Health/Wellness & News which are in the menu but don’t show up either) a miniature picture of the Home Header shows up.
Hi, as I can see you are using a cloud header, therefore you need to set the new menu you make using tagDiv Composer, the settings from theme panel will not affect the cloud header
