Hi i’m using centminmod to manage wordpress. maybe the firewall of centminmod is blocking it. What is the file i need to whitelist ?

Unfortunately you will need to run clean wordpress for Newspaper Theme to run. Any other mods that offer different kind of services will not work properly with Newspaper Theme.

It should be possible, the wordpress is fresh. it’s a lemp stack
when i try to activate, i get the symbol it’s loading but it never end. and i dont get error message

If you are trying to save something in theme panel and the loading icon is in a loop, ask your host to check if you do not have some firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Usually these make some 403 or 404 error in console when you click on save settings button from theme panel.

If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png

And try after that to activate the theme.
