the visit counter appears but does not work. For quite a few years it has been working but now it has stopped working and I don’t know why.
I have tried uninstalling all plugins and also disabling the wp-rocket cache plugin, I have also cleared the cache and none of this has worked.

If you are using cache plugins, please make sure that you have enable the ajax count from theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-ajax-views-count/ after that please clear all cache and try again.

If the problem persists, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the view counter is still not working, make a full backup and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
