The button CSS seems a bit clitchy. I changes the settings from with background to no background, but now the background always appears in hover.
I did clear cache(s). Switched off all plugins.

Hi,
Please make sure that you set on transparent background for hover to -> https://i.imgur.com/lpUu7wx.png this should fix the problem.

Hi andxtagdiv, it maybe something that is interfering with the theme option, if you can provide a link where I can inspect the problem on your button, then I will be able to provider an working answer.
