Contact form 7 infinite spinning after submit

Hello,

We are using your newspaper theme on our website and we added contact form 7 on contact us page https://www.savetilekara.rs/pitajte-nas/

Upon clicking Submit button on the form the loading icon keeps spinning infinitely without doing anything.

We tried to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also child theme, and still nothing.

Can you help us? What’s the solution?

Hi,

Is look that when you click on submit you get a 500 error -> https://i.imgur.com/sTgctvP.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ihLqXY7.png usualy thsi can be a security module or a firewall.

Hi,

I tried this and still nothing.
It works only when I deactivate Newspaper Theme and activate Twenty Twenty.
So, maybe the problem is some sort of conflict between the theme and Contact Form 7. I really don’t know.

Please help!

Hi domenko, this should work, at list is working for us, if you want you can make a full backup to your website and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
