Love the template. I am using another licensed version on a separate domain and I would like to use the Cloud Templates that I created on this separate domain. Is it possible to export the Templates I created?
I did import theme settings from the first website, but would rather not recreate all the templates I made.

Unfortunately not. You can create a blank template on your new website and copy the content code from the template you have created.
You can copy the code from one page and copy it to another as you can see here:

And you can paste the code in another page which will become editable using tagDiv Composer.

Because I would like to migrate my templates too very soon is it safe to export post_type tdb_templates from database and import it to the target site?

Unfortunately this method does not work. The fastest and easiest workaround is to copy the templates as I have mentioned above.
