Search Form not working

Hi,

the live search component in the header is working fine.
But the Search Form component does not find any results.

Is there a way fixing this issue?

Hi,

Indeed is look that this option is not working for you!
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hi Rafael,

In the Settings of the Search Form was a post offset of 3 set. Just remove the offset and it should work
