Request youtube quota increase help

I am trying to increase my quota limit but I got the following email from youtube

Thanks for working with us on the YouTube API Services Compliance Review. We are reviewing your response and so far, have found that your API Client are out of compliance. You can find the list of violations in the attached PDF document.

Please fix the mentioned violations in fifteen (15) business days to bring your API Client into compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms and Policies. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

How do I fix this?

Hi navindesigns, this is quite strange, our theme is request the YouTube api to can get the number of subscribers and to use our play list -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/
There are no other theme elements that will solicit the api.
