How to Add TAG on Featured Image post in homepage and archives

Hi all i need help with this! How can I Add TAG on Featured Image Posts in homepage and archives?? I need to insert not only category tag in the block but also tags. Is here a solution? Thank You!

Hi,

Unfortunately on homepage the theme can display only the category of post, the tags can be display only inside the posts.
