Hi.
I was trying to configure a background ad for my web. It happens that depending on screen resolution, the background image should be wider or not, and even if the background image is wider than screen resolution, it is not shown.
In my case: when configuring a 1520×2000 background add, I can see it well in a computer, but it appears white margins when displayed at another computer with higher resolution (1920 width). If I use a 1800×2000 background image, it is not shown at the first computer.
My question is: is it any way of configuring the responsive options for the background image as done for other ad locations?
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Please use these options for the background image that you upload -> https://i.imgur.com/1ApVzW3.png also make sure that you set it with full size not a thumb, the results will be ->https://i.imgur.com/czsEXJR.jpg
Let me know the results!
Hi Calin.
I followed your guidelines but I still cannot see the background image correctly.
I prepared a 1851×600 image capture.
As seen here (https://snipboard.io/YV51Qf.jpg), at a wider screen resolution, I can see the full image background.
But here (https://snipboard.io/f02aQ8.jpg), the image is wrapped.
Here you can see the settings (https://snipboard.io/6WrszY.jpg).
What can I do in order to fit correctly the background banner to all screen sizes?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks.
Yes, looking for similar issues at the forum, I checked one related to changing the row width of elements, in order to give more space to background image.
At this post you told that we have to change row by row the width settings. I am going to try it. Is it possible to change the row width according to responsive settings?
Thanks in advance.
Hi, the row width can be a fix number -> https://i.imgur.com/lgKddMV.jpg or it can be set to be stretch on full width -> https://i.imgur.com/NYX5WYg.jpg
