You can make a landing page using tagDiv Composer, in this way you can build the page how you like.
Also if you want you can check some pages/homepages from cloud templates, maybe you found something that you like and all you need to to is to make some adjusts.

I can not find the landing page in tagDiv Composer>Add Element.For exemple, I need 2 landing page, one will replace the author picture in ibaoxian.ca. The second one will place at the end of the home page.
Could you please give me more a detailed instruction to do it .

If you search in cloud template for landing you find these 3 results https://imgur.com/GGGH0u3 also there are more element, but these are not set with the name landing or landing page, also if you have a vision for how it should look this landing page, you can use tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/vt8wDqB.png to build it.
I think that you want to be something like these homepages -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_nature/ -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_dentist/
