You will need to first implement the instagram and Youtube api as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/krGYHbTGeJ
Also for the youtube you will have to insert your chanel ID not url. Follow our guide for more information here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
