After having disabled the header themes – to avoid confusion
Ive uploaded my gif header full size and it does not display like a gif.
It is an image, and enormous.
I do not have wpbakery installed.

If your gif has 10.6M then is a very large one, try to make one with a small size, this one will affect your pages speed drastic.
