Dear Support-Team,
Since there are other GDPR regulations in Germany regarding the use of data by users, I need to know when users’ data will be obtained through the tagdiv “Social Counter and Post-Share” element. Is the data passed on only after clicking on the respective social network or already when the website is accessed?

Hello !
The social counter / post share it only works as a bridge between the social media platforms and Newspaper Theme. It does not store any data from users social media. The only thing that this does is to simply pull the statistics from the API of facebook / youtube, or what platform you are inserting.
