Hi,
You could display ad ad at the top of the footer https://prnt.sc/ua1fd7 But that will be displayed in the whole website not just in category pages. Category pages don’t have an ad spot in the content, ads that will appear in them are the header, footer and sidebar ads. Only by modifying the category template would that be possible, something like this https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/advertising-block-in-category-page/
