Hi,
I recently reactivated a client’s Newspaper install. It’s now version V 7.3.
Under the Welcome tab, there is Fast Start asking me to “Update from Newspaper 4:
To update from version 4 please run this update script.”
When I try, this is the error message:
Newspaper 4 settings not found in database! td_008 – not found”
How to proceed?

That is quite an old theme version, the latest theme is like a completely new theme compared to that old version https://tagdiv.com/newspaper
Delete the old theme and install the new one, then update all the theme plugins.
Most likely the pages from the website were created with WPBakery as that was the main page builder at the time. Update WPBakery as well, the plugin is provided in the theme package.
If there are problems with the pages, they may have to be remade, in this case you could use the composer instead, and deactivate WPBakery.
