When i use video post template the video comes above the header menu. And also the default format of the title and its font changes.

You are using an overlay header I believe, overlay headers will be displayed over the content of the page, this is intended to happen.
If you want the header to not be overlay, please edit the header template with the composer, click on the header zone https://prnt.sc/ue6gin and select the default option for the header https://prnt.sc/ue6h18

I want the overlay header too so how to fix the issue without compromising the overlay

As I see, now the header is no longer over the post and is displaying normal, the only difference that I can see now is that the font weight is not the same, for this you must be user that you are using the same cloud header and is not a different one.
