Currently I’m using WP super cache plugin but I noticed W3 total cache gives more page speed score so should I use W3 total cache instead of your recommended WP super cache plugin?

This is up to you. We have tested Newspaper Theme with WP Super Cache but that does not mean that you can’t use other cache plugin.
