Post setting backgroundcolor

Hi there

My background color is white. When I click on a post my hold background change the color to grey and it looks just ugly. I couldn’t find the option to change the background color for post options. where can I find it I’am not sure if this option exist? I tried everything out in the Theme panel but nothing works..
