Social media followers are not displayed correctly

Hello,

My Instagram and YouTube followers are not displayed correctly. I have entered the API key of YouTube, which is also used and works in other places. But no matter how or in which format I specify the channel I always get 0 as follower count.

With Instagram I think i can’t do much wrong, but I still get 0 followers.

Hi V3N0M,

Unfortunately the followers number from Instagram can not be provide if you are login with your account of Instagram , for the moment the only solution is to use the fix count option or to use another plugin for social counter -> https://i.imgur.com/3BhyMWQ.jpg

As for youtube subscribers, this should work if you have set an api key, what you can do is to remove that api key and set a new one, after that clear all cache and check the results!
