Hello – is there a way to make the page wider similar to this site??
I need a header like this and the width of the page to be wider like this:

how do I import this template??? I do not see it in tagdiv manager when I try to load the template!!

In order to adjust page width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6
In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code which is not covered by the support team.
