Plugin members map and lock content ?

Hello,
My project is a magazine and I’m Looking for the way to built a community with possibility to lock some contents and display some groups of members on a map.

These are the Plugins I want (if I can !) use.
Have you heard about conflict with one or more of my following list ?
In cas of conflict do you have other plugins to propose ?

List of the plugins I want to use :

– buddy press
(community members)

– Ultimate Membership Pro
(to lock some content)

– Advanced Google Maps Plugin for WordPress
(for map)

– Buddy press members on advanced google map
( to display some groups of my members on a map)

Does Tagdiv can be used with buddypress and the others plugins ?
