On our staging site I had a minor issue with a form. When I was trying to make sure It was not a conflict I deactivated plugins and changed the theme to a basic theme. When I switched everything back the model image is now not working on the posts. But if I add a new gallery it works. I have turned model image off and on trying to get ti to work. I need a solution I have to many post to do this manually. I have a lot of work in site updates and need to push it to live. This is my only hold. It works on the featured images fine Just the galleries.

Hi, I think that when you disable the theme plugins, the option for modal was removed from images.
How to set the lightbox option -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/ first make sure that you have set the modal image enable in theme panel -> http://prntscr.com/q5fpll on Gutenberg you can use this setting -> https://prnt.sc/q5fqq8 if you use the classic element make sure that you have set the class for modal image -> http://prntscr.com/q5frma if this class is not set then the modal image will not work.

Thank you!

Is there a way to reset all the galleries back to on? It would take a long time to manually go though all the post to set them to on. I notice an old Gutenberg plugin I had said to switch to another plugin. When I did the option shows to turn the light box on for the gallery on the post. But it’s trying to make another gallery style. I also noticed if I had 2 galleries on a post then the second one works fine.I have a lot of work I don’t want to loose is why I need to figure out a way to fix this.

Thanks for the help

Hi,

The modal image will be set on all images/galleries that have set the source link as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
Unfortunately I do not know a solution to can be apply for all galleries, but I will ask a developer and hope this will be able to provide an answer that will help.

Thank you for your understanding!
