Show only one post per page

Hi Guys,
Can you please let me know how to restrict my Post page single to only show one Post. Right now if i scroll down to the post and at the end of the post it starts the next post automatically. Please check this link, scroll it down completely.

My Second Question is is there any way to hide the Newspaper Cube Animation when the page loads or if any things takes time it shows the Green moving Square animation. Is there any way to hide the animation.
