How do I change the header text? For example, where it says ‘Don’t Miss’ and ‘Lifestyle News’

I am using that template, adding categories and posts and seeing them appear on the site. But it’t not clear how to modify the headers above to match my site

You can edit the layout of pro demo using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/JFKFu9d.jpg click on the elements you want to edit and change the text -> https://i.imgur.com/dS6pyVo.jpg you can check more about how to edit the flex blocks here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
