Whenever I am trying to upload logo, I am getting below error
Hi, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also make sure that allow_url_fopen = On;

I did it. But till now I am not able to get any reply or fix from Support Theme.
I bought 2 themes and both theme right now giving me same error.
One website is hosted on GOdaddy and another on Bluehost.
Did you not get ant reply from our support via email? is yes, is possible that your email to be in spam, please send a new email and let me know the email that you use to can identify you.
Also please check the plugins you are using, if you have WP Bakery enable is possible to provide some problem most of theme are with cloud templates. If you have this plugin, please disable it and check again.
