Usually these files are use for icons and fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/JZ1Ygyw.png, you can make a test and comment it, after that check the website, if this is displaying correctly, then, yes you do not use that file.

You cannot remove it ! You will have to inspect all of your website. If you are using Cloud library templates you will have to click on all the elements and see what fonts they are using: https://www.screencast.com/t/2ToP2BCPZ If you are using Standard templates, go in Theme Panel – Theme Fonts and make all the fonts the same.
