Hi. For some reason the website is NOT showing new posts on mobile phones. The new posts DO show on PC web browsers. Is there something in the theme that could be preventing new posts to show? Is there a cache setting? I tried looking on multiple smartphones and same problem.
Hi chabotjeff, usually this situation appear when you are using the mobile theme plugin and you have set an offset for the latest articles -> https://i.imgur.com/vABNCKl.png
Please check these and if there is still a problem provide me a link and I will make some more investigations.

I should note the posts are published but do not show up in any of the category blocks including a page that shows all posts in the News category.

This is a caching issue. I’m using Hummingbird and cache versions vary according to device and browser. Very inconsistent and so I am turning off the plug-in.
So the problems were caused by that cache plugin.
