I am trying to understand why I have to configure the same setting in 10 different places in the theme.
I have specified on the start page that the block “Social Counter” has certain settings like appearance, channels, etc. But now I notice that I have to enter the whole settings again on the author page. Especially with “fixed count” values, because the values are not loaded correctly, this is extremely tedious and totally unnecessary. Why are these settings not adjusted? Especially if you have already entered all the information about social channels and links in the Theme Settings anyway?

The settings are not adjusted because it offers the possibility to change appearance on each and every page, You can however save your element as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/NwgB6cfzr0TP Right click on the element and you will be able to find them in the composer list at the bottom.
