Is it possible, using TD Composer to make certain parts of a page show on desktop but not on mobile devices?

So please, how do you get the elements to show again after they are hidden. Because you do not see them again.
Do you have to recreate the element or there is a way to make them show again?

When you want to re-show it, simply go to another viewport, select the element, click on the viewport you hide it from, and show it again from this setting: https://www.screencast.com/t/rP8TEAIopnYX ; https://www.screencast.com/t/11EC8s6HnZ11
