Hello, since new update, i wanted to install again your template to see if things were better. I so created a fresh new wordpress install, installed theme, and demo install influencer demo. But once again, it start some troubles. tag div library dont load, i can not change colors of template,…. here are first of all my settings, not to hear again in first answer that we need to see about requirments. (they all look fine and i have no cache, no plugin cache, no plugin installed excepted demo install, so could not be more light and even like that, i get troubles)
So, to make a long story short: every update your template is a mess and things are not working correct. i paid for this template a few months ago, so your “support” will end soon as i won’t pay for more (Unefficient support and most of all very unstable template with last updates). Now my fear is every ned update, it will be a mess and i won’t be able to fix it by miself (i can not even fix it for now with this poor support) so if things have to go further like this, i feel like this template is a big waste of money and really regret my buy. Wish i never bought it. I really feel upset about problems in every update. what do you expect? customer to be obliged to pay for extra support to fix numerous bugs of each update? I already moved to another company for my main site template to get rid of that troubles, preventing from time i won’t have support from tagdiv (if we can all that a support). last try to fix before asking for a refund

Hi Pierre Graff, I’m sorry for the inconvenience and the problems you are facing using our theme!
Lets try one more time to see what are the problems and fix them.
If you are using the Influencer PRO – demo then all the settings need to be made using tagDiv Composer.
Also to can use tagDiv Cloud library the theme must be activate with a valid license key and the WP Memory Limit must be at list 256M.
If there is still a problem, please let me know what is the message that you get when you try to use the cloud library.
Please let me know what you want to edit and is not working, you can make a list with theme, if is possible please add some screenshots in this way it will be more easy for me to understand the problem.
Also please let me know what settings are not working and we’ll try to find a solution.
