Issue with Sort by popular (all time)

Hi everyone, I’ve an issue with the function Sort by popular (all time). I’ve a Flex Box 1 in which I’d like there were posts most viewed all time. I’ve set “Sort by popular (all time)”, but everytime I open my website (tomorrownews.it) I see the posts in this Flex Box 1 in casual order. How can I resolve this issue? The ajax view count and the 7days post counting have already been actived. Thanks , Marco

Thank you for the answer, but unfortunately I’ve not resolved my issue, because I’ve already had actived the ajax view counter and the posts have views. As you can see in the attachment. What can I do? Thank you very much. Marco
