How to insert Ad from a Third Party (Ad Inserter PRO) before the Featured Image

Hey tagDiv team, how are you guys doing? hope everything is okay!

So my question is, when using a Third Party Plugin for ad insertion (Ad Inserter PRO), I’m trying to insert an Ad before my “Featured Image” for my posts, but, the plugin doesn’t recognize it as an Image when I try the option “Before First Image” (see link: https://prnt.sc/v2f9h5), Have you guys dealt with this issue before or have any tips on how to solve this or make it possible?

Hi leorodrigues94, we are good, that you!
For a Third Party (Ad Inserter PRO) using on cloud templates or pro demos, you need to edit them with tagDiv Composer and set an ad box where you want to have the ads -> https://i.imgur.com/Jra5zj3.png then in custom ad set the shortcode for your ads -> https://i.imgur.com/J2rmgQU.png
If you are using a standard post template is possible to work directly the Ad Inserter PRO.

Hi Calin,

I really have forgotten about the “Ad Box” element, I just had to add the shortcode from the Ad Inserter PRO and everything worked as supposed to.
