Can the author, date and comment block be moved beneath the article excerpt on the homepage?

Hi,
Take a look in our documentation and see module that is used on block: https://forum.tagdiv.com/blocks/
You have to place meta-info after the excerpt like this: http://screencast.com/t/ua76Bk2o
