I want different banners for different categories. Not only on main category page, but on all posts belonging to category. How to do that in Newspaper? I do not mean editing with Composer, because that concern Front page only.

Yes, that is possible.
You will have to create a category template for each category you have and also a post template for each category. Customize them according to your plans and you will be able to set a post template for only one category in order to achieve the looks that you want: https://www.screencast.com/t/sbCrfGKb
