Normal we recommend to use a smaller image and this to be set on repeat, in this way the background will adjust easier for all screen dimensions -> https://i.imgur.com/oSWwVKy.png

The ads will be seen different because the users will not all use the same monitor. Different resolutions will lead to different aspect ratios.
