Hi!
I have the tagDiv social counter V 2.9 and it doesn´t display the correct number of facebook fans and twitter followers. It stays in “0” but with my Google+ and youtube channel it´s displays correctly.
What can i do? What is the problem?

If your plugin is updated please make sure you do this right following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-set-social-counter/ and also try this without any plugins active and empty cache.

I try without any plugins active and still doesn’t works. Just works fine with Google+ and Youtube. The problem is with Facebook and Twitter.
both names (facebook and twitter) are androidfolder. It display “0” fans and followers but when you click it sends you to the right fan page an twitter acount.

Hi! It happen the same to me. Twitter doesn´t work (It show 0 followers),
And youtube donsn´t work, it say “this channel dosen´t exist”, when I put the right Youtube ID.

I am having the name problem with Facebook on my site. Twitter works, but Facebook does not. I used my facebook id (natgasinvestor) as you instructed in your screenshot, but still have no luck.
Could you take a look please? Social counter is in the footer.

Please change this in Appearance > Widgets > Social Counter.

I see that you use newspaper please let me know what version of Social Counter do you use. And also try this without any plugins active(leave only Visual Composer and Social Counter active) and empty cache.

I added social counter via Visual Composer and deactivated nearly every plugin. No change.

Please set the Social Counter plugin using this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-set-social-counter/ and provide your site URL if you still have issues with it. Also you can check this without any plugin active, leave only Visual Composer and also clear cache. Let me know!
