Icons missing

Hello,im using Newspaper theme and icons are missing after a migration form one server to another. Can you help me out?

Hi,
It looks that something is blocking the fonts to be load -> https://i.imgur.com/bc2tSiL.png -> https://i.imgur.com/CjaDAXh.png
Please check to see what plugins can block those elements or is possible to be something from your host.
Let us know the results!

Its not plugins, still icons are missing, also i tested site on local, still missing icons.

Also i corrected file permissions on Folders 755 and files 644
