Not able edit the html content

Hi, I am using “Text with title” block and trying to edit the text. https://prnt.sc/vpq3dx

But when I add something, and check no changes happen. https://prnt.sc/vpq5a0 [Since there is no save or any option, after typing I clicked “X”]

But as you can see, nothing changed . https://prnt.sc/vpq6cw

Can you please help me here.

Hello!

You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict.
Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hi, I checked with the health and troubleshoot plugin, and it’s the fault of the caching plugin, maybe due to some settings, I am using w3tc plugin.

I cleared the cache and disabled js minify, but that too didn’t work.

I will provide all the admin credentials on the email address provided above.
