Hi Support, my footer is blank (under theme panel) and there is no settings unlike the ones shown in the demo. Meanwhile, when I tried to create a footer using Cloud library, I am unable to edit in TagDiv Composer thereafter – no such settings is available. On the other hand, I was able to work with the Composer for Header. What’s going on?

The footer template can be edited from any page not from Cloud Library. Simply open the Website manager, select your footer and scroll to the bottom of the page: https://www.screencast.com/t/yPw3NdjJw0i

Yes, I did that and managed to save the template. However, it is no longer editable thereafter (no settings to edit via TagDiv Composer).
